The glitz and glamour of the silver screen came to St Mark's Nursing Centre in Maidenhead on Tuesday as it staged its very own film premiere for residents.
The Bupa-run centre, in St Mark's Road, welcomed guests as they were taken down a red carpet before being treated to a special screening of James Bond's latest outing, Skyfall.
Awards statuettes were presented for best dressed man and woman, with husband and wife George and Muriel Lawrence emerging victorious.
The premiere was part of a week of film-related activities organised by Bupa, with other events including a movie quiz and film star bingo.
