A lane closure on the M4 due to a broken down coach is causing heavy traffic tailbacks.
Traffic is queueing eastbound back to junction 10 (Wokingham) due to a lane being closed between junction eight (Maidenhead) and seven (Slough West).
The coach has broken down in the slip road at junction eight.
Travel time is about 35 minutes.
Paramedics were called to the scene of a medical emergency in Maidenhead on Monday morning (June 27).
