A TV series starring cooking favourites the Hairy Bikers will feature two shops from the area.
The Italian Shop in Denmark Street, Maidenhead, and Roy Giggs Butchers in Station Parade, Cookham, both provided food for the duo's programme Everyday Gourmet.
The Bikers, otherwise known as Si King and Dave Myers, visited the shops in June to do some filming.
Rosario Sardo, managing director of The Italian Shop, was sworn to secrecy over what the duo bought during their shopping trip but said he was 'very much' looking forward to the programme.
"They were great fun. The customers loved them," he said.
Everyday Gourmet sees the Bikers demonstrate how to cook top class meals without breaking the bank.
The show featuring the shops will be screened on BBC Two on Wednesday at 8pm.
