An online training tool has been created that enables people to tailor their own gym workouts.
The PT folder software, which is available as a mobile phone App or PC software, has been created by Greg Mikolap, 28, a self-employed personal trainer working at the David Lloyd Gym in King Street.
Greg, who has also worked for LA Fitness in Henley and La Roche in Maidenhead, said the software was easy and simple to use.
People can write out their own workout programmes from thousands of different individual training options. There are also ready-made workouts and videos that demonstrate the correct technique.
"It's very intuitive," said Greg.
"People can create their workouts and have them on their phone or print them out when they go to the gym."
