A man from Maidenhead is among nine defendants standing trial at the Old Bailey accused of being part of an alleged child sex ring.
Bilal Ahmed, of Suffolk Road, is charged with conspiracy to engage in sexual activity with a child and sexual activity with a child.
The 26-year-old was arrested as part of Operation Bullfinch - an investigation into grooming, child rape and trafficking in Oxford.
The trial opened at the London court yesterday and could last until April. The men are facing a total of 51 charges between them, including allegations of rape and other sexual offences.
The charges relate to girls aged between 11 and 15 and cover a time period between 2004 and last year.
