Windsor have been drawn to visit either AFC Uckfield Town or Sutton Common Rovers in the fourth round of the FA Vase.
The tie will take place on Saturday, January 5.
Uckfield Town and Sutton Common Rovers are due to play their postponed tie on Saturday. Uckfield are currently 11th in the Southern Combination Premier Division, while Sutton sit second in the Combined Counties League.
Goals from Rob Lazarczuk and Dan Roberts guided Windsor through to the last 32 of the competition at the expense of Erith Town on Saturday.
The Royalists warmed up for the tie with tough games against Ascot United and Flackwell Heath, which were both lost, but in reality they were the perfect preparation for this tough trip.
Mick Woodham’s men have shown terrific desire and resolve in this competition in recent seasons, and that spirit was clear to see as they raced into a commanding, and deserved 2-0 lead. Steadman Callender pulled a goal back for the hosts close to the end but Windsor had enough about them to hold on, while Erith’s Jack Hooper lost his head late on and was dismissed for a high tackle on Roberts.
Windsor grabbed a crucial lead in the 35th minute, when Lazarczuk controlled Andy Ingram’s long ball and swept a shot past Adam Molloy from the edge of the area. Erith had gone close through Callender in the first half, and remained a threat throughout, but Windsor gave themselves breathing space when Roberts crashed a wonderful drive past Molloy after being well found by Matty Stockill on the hour mark.
Hugo Sobte was denied a clean sheet, despite making a superb save in the build up to Callender’s goal, but Windsor held on to set up a fourth round clash.
