A private island between Bisham and Hurley is currently on the market with a guide price of £75,000.
Temple Weir Island is a freehold island, measuring about 2,000 square feet with a riverfront perimeter of about 250ft.
On the market with Savills, the island was previously used for mooring and recreational use and includes a small underwater sandbank.
The island is being sold through a sealed bid process, meaning interested buyers need to submit offers before noon on July 5.
Property agent Richard Maby, said: “The seller has used the island for mooring a private vessel and recreational use, such as private entertainment and fishing.
“One side has a built-up mooring, the other a more natural tree-lined bank. A domed stone pergola also stands in the middle of the island, which makes for an interesting and attractive feature.
“It’s a rare opportunity for someone to purchase their own off-grid sanctuary. You can only reach the island by boat and there is no gas, water or electricity.
“For those with a spirit for adventure, who are looking for somewhere they can escape to after a busy day it’s the perfect hideaway.”
There are no services, including electricity, water and drainage, on the island, according to the Savills website.
Temple Weir Island is suited in the downstream weir pool near Temple Lock, providing access to the river upstream towards Henley and downstream towards Marlow.
