Marlow’s reward for Saturday’s narrow 1-0 win over Chertsey Town in the FA Trophy is a home game against Sholing of Southern League Division 1 South.
The first qualifying round ties are due to be played on Saturday, October 26.
Kelvin Bossman netted the only goal of the game from the penalty spot as the Blues overcame Chertsey Town at Oak Tree Road this weekend.
Slough Town will join the competition at the second qualifying round stage, with National League Maidenhead United entering the competition at the first round stage.
The draw for the second round of the FA Vase was also made this afternoon, with Windsor handed a home tie against Eastbourne Town.
The tie will be played at Stag Meadow on Saturday, November 2.
Eastbourne are one the teams the Royalists defeated en route to the latter stages of the competition a couple of seasons ago.
Ascot United will travel to Abbey Rangers in the same competition.
The Yellamen secured their place in the second round proper with relative ease, cruising to a 5-1 win over SC Thamesmead on Friday night.
Harry Laflin netted a hat-trick for Ascot.
