Paramedics had to be called following a collision between a motorcycle and a car in Maidenhead this morning.
The South Central Ambulance Service was called to Linden Avenue, between Belmont Park Avenue and Courthouse Road, at about 8.30am.
A rapid response vehicle and an ambulance were sent to the scene where they found the motorcyclist lying by the side of the road, conscious and breathing but complaining of torso and lower back pain. The motorcyclist was taken to Wexham Park Hospital.
The driver of the car was uninjured.
UPDATE 11.32am:
Police have confirmed part of Linden Avenue had to be closed following a collision this morning.
Thames Valley Police was called at about 8.45am to the crash involving a red Mini Countryman and a black moped.
The road was reopened by 10.15am.
