Zumba fundraisers strut their stuff for Children In Need

A zumba fundraiser for BBC Children In Need saw more than £285 raised.

More than 30 people joined the special class on Saturday morning, organised jointly by Maidenhead Ladies Circle and Maidenhead Round Table.

The event was held at Desborough College in Shoppenhangers Road and BBC cameras were on hand to film the class.

Lara Lachello from the Ladies Circle said: "It was fun, we had 30 people come down and even Pudsey made an appearance.

"We do an event every year for Children In Need. Ladies Circles up and down the country will be collecting for Children In Need but we wanted to do something local.

"Pudsey didn't do any zumba - I think he would have got too hot.

"Desborough College and the instructor Niki lent us their time and space for free so it means all the money will go to charity."
