There was singing, dancing and entertainment galore at a gala evening held at the Desborough Theatre on Saturday.
The event at Maidenhead Town Hall featured a variety of talent from across the Royal Borough.
Acts included Redroofs Theatre School, the Pauline Quirke Academy, Sanders Street, Dance Inspired, singer Tara Deane, magician Patrick Ashe and the Maidenhead Concert Band.
King of Windsor panto Kevin Cruise also performed. He is the alter-ego of Martin Cabble-Reid, from Moon on a Stick Productions Ltd, which was the show’s producer.
“The gala was a great way of showcasing what Maidenhead has to offer in the world of entertainment,” he said.
“I think everyone who came to the show would agree that the local area is bursting with talent. A huge thank you needs to go to all the wonderful acts and volunteers who gave their time and worked hard on the night to make the event such a big success.”
The event was held in aid of the Mayor of Windsor and Maidenhead’s Benevolent Fund, raising much-needed funds for people with disabilities, children, young people and the elderly.
