Norden Farm is celebrating the success of its summer holiday club after three 'fantastic' weeks of creativity, theatre and art.
For theatre week, children had the task of putting together their own production, with the theme 'superhero city'.
Dave Farey, artistic director at Troublemaker Theatre Company, said: “We started off with just a title and then over the week the kids developed a storyline for the show and designed the set. The show was about the daily life of superheroes like Wonder Woman clothes shopping with her mum or sidekicks being disgruntled by other heroes”
Last week was art week and children created floats, medals and head pieces with a Rio theme for the Olympics.
Robyn Bunyan, education officer at Norden Farm, said: "The holiday weeks have been fantastic. It's great to see children come in and build up their confidence throughout the week.
"Art week was crazy - ridiculously great. We always get so excited at Norden Farm with what the children are creating."
