Hundreds of rowers descended on Maidenhead Rowing Club for its annual regatta on Saturday.
Throughout the day 134 races took place along the Thames, well up on last year's 90 races.
The club, which has been running for more than 100 years, is based in River Road.
Treasurer David Gibbon said the day was a success with 188 crews taking part.
Crews came from as far afield as Bradford and rowers ranged from 14 to 70-years-old.
David added: "The race that is most spectacular is the one where you've got eight people, that is the biggest and the fastest."
Club member Jack Beaumont was due to row at the event but was called up to the Olympic team last week.
