Even at the height of the leadership battle Theresa May took time to open two shops at the weekend.
A charity shop in the High Street celebrated its fifth birthday and a new premises, which was unveiled by the MP before the leadership race came to its surprise end.
More than 200 people attended the opening of the new Alzheimers Dementia Support (ADS) shop on Saturday.
Mrs May also attended the official opening of Screw-Fix, a building suppliers in Reform Road on Friday, July 8.
