Maidenhead United Juniors are once again encouraging people in the area to give generously to their Christmas Present Appeal.
The gift appeal has been successfully run over the past couple of years, and with families still facing unprecedented challenges the club’s junior section is hoping to bring festive joy to as many children as possible within the community.
The Maidenhead United Juniors JustGiving appeal says: “We understand this is a challenging time for everyone and some of our local families are truly in an awful situation.
“Many children in Maidenhead will sadly have very little to cheer on Christmas day.
“To bring some much-needed Christmas spirit, we would like your support to raise funds which we will then use to buy children presents for Christmas.”
So far, the club has raised £421, that's 21 per cent of its £2,000 target.
