Last chance to vote for Maidenhead United's goal of the season

Maidenhead United supporters have until 9pm this evening (May 12) to vote for the club's goal of the season winner.

Once all the votes have been compiled the winner will be presented with the FC Video Trophy after Sunday's final match of the season against Notts County. Striker Josh Kelly is sure to be in with a decent chance of claiming the award as his goals make up half of the 10 in contention.

However, Sam Barratt's thumping volley in the recent draw with Torquay United and Dan Sparkes' wonderful free kick in United's last home match against Aldershot Town are also likely to collect plenty of votes.

Go to the Maidenhead United website or click here to cast your vote for one of the sizzling strikes. Supporters can also watch the 10 nominees on the YouTube channel:

Maidenhead United will also be holding their first social evening in Stripes Bar on Tuesday (May 17) at 7:30pm.

Captain Alan Massey will be recalling his 'memories of Margate' and taking part in a Q&A with fans with a focus on that memorable title-winning fixture five years ago.

The full 90 minutes will be shown on the big screen and supporters will have the opportunity to reminisce with the captain on what was - and continues to be  - a golden era for the club.
