Maidenhead United fans are being encouraged to help the side make history this Saturday, when they take on FC Halifax Town in the first round of the FA Cup.
The Magpies are looking to reach the second round of the competition for the first time since the 1886/87 season and the club is putting on subsidised coach travel to help fans make it to the Shay Stadium.
Once again United will have their work cut out to reach the second round as they attempt to defeat a team who’ve lost only three times in the league all season.
However, one of those defeats came against the Magpies in the very first match of the campaign when Kane Ferdinand grabbed the late winner in a 2-1 win for the visitors.
Supporters can still reserve their place on the coach trip to the tie and see if the Magpies can reach the second round for the first time in 135 years.
Cost of travel is £10 for adults and £5 for accompanied u16s, which is the most cost-effective way of travelling to West Yorkshire. All u16s must be accompanied by an adult.
