A ‘superb’ fundraising fair for a new games area in Dorney Park was held on Thursday, July 21.
The organiser, Playground4Dorney hopes to fund the building of a multi use games area (MUGA) in the park, also known as Trumper's Field.
The fun day included a barbecue, fairground games, a tuck shop, a bouncy castle and an inflatable runway game.
Playground4Dorney is aiming to reach its £41,760 target soon, having raised just under £2,000 at the fun day.
The group have now raised around £40,500 in total.
“We had a superb afternoon, we did a thoroughly good job,” said Playground4Dorney committee member Jane Dawson.
"The weather was with us clearly and we were supported by the whole of Dorney School."
