A traditional show of floral displays and handicrafts could be seen when Cox Green Horticultural and Craft Show returned on Saturday.
The event has been running for the past 108 years and was held at Cox Green Community Centre in Highfield Lane.
Despite the damp weather there was a good turnout and the refreshments by the Cox Green Townswomen's Guild were very popular.
Photography has become a new feature of the show, which has changed from its original title of Cox Green Flower Show to the Horticultural and Craft Show to include more people from the area.
Helen Ford, who is chairman of the Cox Green Community Association, said: "It has been quite successful, despite a low number of entries, but it is still well attended.
"It's a nice way to bring the community together in a traditional way. I wouldn't like to see it stop."
