An application to build a new four-bedroom house on the Poundfield has been submitted.
The proposal would see the home built on land behind Stable Cottage in Poundfield Lane.
It would have a separate double garage and workshop with a connecting canopy between the garage and house, as well as space for three cars to park.
A decision is expected to be made by the Royal Borough by October 14.
The reference number for the plans is REF:16/02730.
