Two businesses will be moving into the remaining units at the site of the former Poundland store in Maidenhead town centre.
The site at 88-90 High Street has been re-developed, following the closure of Poundland in October 2024.
The project has included reconfiguring the building to create three separate retail units.
Part of the upper floors have also been converted into six residential apartments, known as The Lofts.
The fully-occupied retail space features a mixture of well-known and new brands.
The Card Factory relocated from the Nicholsons Centre into one of the two refurbished High Street facing units in November last year.
The card shop will soon be joined by Japanese sushi restaurant IRO Sushi.
Specialist wholesale food retailer Ginco, offering products such as lentils, fresh nuts and spices, will be taking over the newly-created West Street unit at the rear of the building.
Guy Thomas of Sorbon Estates, said: “The transformation of this building demonstrates our continued investment in Maidenhead town centre and our commitment to creating spaces that attract a vibrant mix of occupiers.
“By reimagining this property, we’ve been able to bring new retailers to the town while also delivering high‑quality residential accommodation.
“We’re delighted to welcome IRO Sushi and Ginco to the town and see Card Factory settling into their new home.”
