Great Britain is hanging on to third place in the medal tables with 17 gold medals, behind leading nation China and the USA.
Yesterday saw GB win one silver and three bronze medals.
This morning Iain Percy and Andrew Simpson's Star class gold medal made it a historic end to the sailing regatta for GB with six Olympic medals and their best result for a century.
And in the past hour, triple jumper Phillips Idowu has won silver in his event today but was clearly disappointed to have lost out on the gold.

In Athletics Tasha Danvers won bronze in the 400m hurdles, bringing the athletics medal tally to three.
Michael Rimmer is through to the semi-finals of the 800m today.
Windsurfer Bryony Shaw gained a bronze in the RS:X class in sailing.
Kerri-Anne Payne and Cassie Patten became the first GB swimmers to win Olympic medals in the 10km open water marathon with silver and bronze in the morning race.
David Davies took silver in the 10km open water race.
Three boxing medals are guaranteed for GB
James DeGale is through to the semi-finals of the middleweight quarter-finals. Teammates Tony Jeffries (light heavyweight) and David Price (super heavyweight) are also semi-finalists. They are guaranteed at least bronze.
Great Britain’s hockey women will be looking to score their first victory over Australia for eight years in the final match of their Olympic campaign.
The game will decide fifth and sixth positions in the final standings but it will not be an easy ride for Great Britain who have not beaten Australia since 2000.
