Here are your top tips for the weekend's horseracing from our resident expert, Benny The Book...
There should be a great day's entertainment tomorrow at Ascot with the annual Shergar Cup followed by a two-hour concert featuring some of the biggest names from the eighties, including Belinda Carlisle and Kid Creole.
The cup pits teams of jockey from GB, Ireland, Europe and the Rest of the world in a six-race series with finishing positions meaning points.
Although the event promises high-octane entertainment, the presence of reserve horses to maintain even fields mean betting is best left to the very last minute. If you go enjoy the action but as for winners, you are on your own.
The best of the weekend's action will be on Newmarket's July Course with some cracking contests in store, and Haydock where some top Northern horses will battle it out.
Two to watch at Newmarket are Sir Michael Stoute's Voice Coach in the 2.40pm and promising three-year-old Kalahari Gold in the first (2.10pm).
Cheshire Prince is on a great run at the moment having won his last two at Chester. There's a step up in class tomorrow but he could give New Guinea plenty to think about in the 3.10pm at Haydock.
