Merlins lose thriller

Maidenhead Merlins couldn't contend with a rampant Masonian side as they went down 5-2 in the final game of their season.

Merlins took the lead against the run of play from a short corner, but three quick goals either side of half-time out the Masonians in control.

Bob Brown managed to pull one back with a fine effort from the top of the D but the Masonians added a fifth for a comfortable win.
