A talented young actress, who attends Hurst Lodge School near Ascot, saw her character brutally killed off in this week’s episode of TV’s Game of Thrones.
Kerry Ingram, 16, has played bookish Princess Shireen Baratheon in the Sky Atlantic series since Season Three aired in 2013.
After the screening of this week’s grizzly episode, which showed her character burned at the stake, Kerry tweeted: “Thank you for all the lovely messages about episode 9.
“I’ve had a wonderful journey with Game of Thrones over the last three years. #ripShireen.”
Kerry, who lives in Warfield and used to attend Charters School, became the one of the youngest ever winners of an Olivier Award in 2012 for playing the title role in Matilda the Musical in the West End.
Her name also appears in the cast credits of the Les Miserables movie alongside Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway and Russell Crowe.
She has also appeared in a TV advert for Shelter.
