CCTV images have been released after masked men armed with crowbars robbed a Sainsbury's Local in Wootton Way on Monday.
The group of four men stormed the shop at about 11pm and jumped over the till and opened the shutters of the cigarette counter before putting cigarettes into a large bag.
One of the men stole cash from a till after forcing it open with a crowbar.
The raiders then fled the store and got into a dark-coloured hatchback car and drove down Wootton Way, onto Norden Road and towards the M4.
No one was hurt during the incident.
The four men were wearing dark clothing, and all of them had a slim or athletic build. One was wearing a white mask covering his entire face, and another was covering his face with the hood of his top.
Two of the men were wearing red gloves, and one had red trainers with white soles.
Investigating officer Det Con Chris Gould from Maidenhead Police Station, said: “We are releasing CCTV images because we would like to speak to the men shown in connection with the robbery.
“I am also keen to talk to anyone who may have any information which could help us to locate these men."
