An independent arts shop is celebrating after being nominated for a lifestyle award.
Craft Coop, which is based in the Nicholsons Centre, has been shortlisted in the Best Gift Shop category of the Muddy Stilettos awards, organised by the blog and review site of the same name.
Speaking about the news, the store’s co-director, Deborah Jones, said: “I think it really helps any time that people recognise what a great and really unique place Craft Coop is.
“It’s not just a shop, it also supports local craftspeople in the community and so anything that spreads the word about how special our shop is, is a good thing.”
The store has been based at its current site in the Nicholsons Centre for about a year. It also has a pop-up branch in Marlow.
