Olympics 2012: Driving restrictions in Windsor and Maidenhead

Drivers using the A308 Maidenhead Road during the Olympics will not be allowed to turn into Gallys Road, Smiths Lane, Vale Road or Parsonage Lane between 7am and 5pm.

Right turns into Mill Lane will also be banned, residents being asked to come in through Stovell Road.

A ban on any stopping along Maidenhead Road between Windsor and the Braywick roundabout will also apply, as well as on roads near the Dorney Olympic venue on the A4 Bath road, Marsh Lane, Court Lane and Lake End Road.

Residents of Vale Road or Smiths Lane in Windsor, or around Bell Lane, Common Road, Eton Wick, or Marsh Lane, Dorney will need permits to park on events days between 7am and 1pm.
