Rotary boxing evening set to raise cash for good causes
BOXING CLEVER: Peter Murcott and Rotary Club president Andrew Chitty are encouraging people to support the event.
Boxers from across the area are set to put up their dukes to help raise money for good causes.

A charity gala boxing evening has been organised once again by members of the Rotary Club of Maidenhead Thames.

Cash raised by the black tie event at the Holiday Inn on Friday, January 20, will be used to support ongoing Rotary charity activities.

The entertainment will be provided by Slough Amateur Boxing Club, including one of its current UK champions, along with many other promising and upcoming local boxers.

Tickets for tables of 10, including a three-course dinner, are £475 or £47.50 per person.

Contact Peter Murcott on peter.murcott@haleandco.co.uk or Rodney Crouch on passages@tiscali.co.uk to buy them.

Donations and auction prizes will also be welcomed.
