Take flight and help support Maidenhead's art centre.
An auction of promises is being held in aid of the Altwood Road arts centre on Saturday, May 19.
Among the host of prizes up for grabs is a flight from White Waltham Airfield.
The fundraising event is being organised by Maidenhead and District Arts Council (MDAC) as part of the Dig Deep campaign launched by the Advertiser and Norden Farm a year ago.
Its aim is to help boost funding for the venue which has lost its £143,000 annual grant from Arts Council England.
More than 35 promises have been donated by residents and businesses from the area with a value of more than £2,500.
They include a six month membership at La Roche gym, professional photo shoot, four-day photography course, the services of a toastmaster for the evening, a lesson from Ellington Morris Dancers, a session with a personal shopper, specially commissioned artwork and dinner for two at the Marriott Hotel’s Brasserie Centrale.
Norden Farm has also donated two weeks of exhibition space in its gallery.
MDAC chairman Norma Herdson said: "The committee of five have all worked extremely hard to get the promises but it's all for nothing if no one shows up.
"Hopefully we will have a full house as it will be a really good fun evening."
The event will start at 7.30pm with a drinks reception and be followed by a viewing of the promises and entertainment from members of MDAC.
The auction will be led by Simon Brown of Bourne End Auction Rooms.
