A Lithuanian man accused of beating up a 32-year-old man in Maidenhead in September 2010 has been remanded in custody to face trial.
Modestas Gedvilas, 23, also known as Giedrius Ramanauskas, is charged with one count of GBH and is due to appear at Reading Crown Court on a date yet to be set.
The allegation relates to an early-hours incident in Grenfell Road in which a man suffered injuries to his face and needed hospital treatment.
