Therapist and author to make first TV appearance

A Maidenhead-based therapy guru and self-help book author will be making her first TV appearance.

Trained hypnotherapist and stress consultant Joanna Knight, of St Luke's Road, is due to appear on the Kevin Moore Show to discuss her work tomorrow.

The mother-of-two, who also works as a life coach with the Reading probation service, turned her life around after hitting rock bottom almost 10 years ago when she lost her job, marriage, house and custody of her children.

The 46 year-old former page three model has since written a self-help book, Return from the Void, which was released last year.

She said: "Years ago, I never would have imagined that one day I would be on television giving advice.

"I've managed to turn my life around and I hope that I can help others to do the same."

The show is due to air on Sky Channel 201 at 9pm.
