Thames Valley Police has confirmed a body has been found in connection with the search for a missing man from Maidenhead.
A search has been ongoing for 30-year-old Louie who has been missing since Friday evening.
Essex Police discovered a body yesterday (Tuesday) in connection with the search.
Formal identification is yet to take place but the family of the missing man have been informed.
Detective Inspector Liam Butler, said: “My thoughts remain with Louie’s family and friends at this most difficult time for them following this very sad news.
“Essex police are carrying out enquiries into the death which is currently being treated as unexplained and are liaising with the coroner, and we are supporting them.
“We would like to thank the public for their support.”
