A jury at the Maidenhead tattoo parlour shooting trial has been told it can return majority verdicts.
Four men have been standing trial at Reading Crown Court over the attack at Fantasy Fine Line in St Mark's Road on April 11.
The jury retired shortly before 12pm on Monday and at 12.20pm today Judge Zoe Smith was told it had not reached verdicts upon which all members could agree.
Anthony Cooke, 31, from Bedford and Leon Dorman, 30, from Dunstable are each charged with conspiracy to rob, possession of a firearm with intent, two counts of attempted murder and two counts of wounding with intent.
Joseph Gentle, 22, of no fixed abode and Drizz James, 22, from Luton are charged with conspiracy to rob and possession of a firearm with intent.
They all deny the charges.
