A King Street shop will have its licence reviewed for a second time next month.
Drinks Superstore, also known as Kings Stores in Maidenhead had its licence called in for review by the Royal Borough's licensing and trading standards manager.
At a licensing panel sub committee meeting on Thursday the license holder's representatives asked for an adjournment because of last-minute evidence they wish to be considered.
The review was adjourned until Thursday, February 9.
The store also had its licence reviewed last year because of concerns over selling imported alcohol without paying excise duty and serving underage drunk customers.
