Braywick Court School shortlisted for teaching award

Braywick Court School has been shortlisted for a teaching award.

The school in Hibbert Road, which recently submitted plans to expand, was shortlisted in the ‘early years setting of the year’ category in the TES School Awards.

The awards have been running for eight years and celebrate extraordinary commitment, quality, and innovation shown by teachers and support stuff across the country.

Gemma Donnelly, headteacher said: “We entered for the early years category which will be judged on innovation, excellence and engagement in our teaching.

“We’re really proud to have been shortlisted, it’s a nationally established award and it's great for out staff to be recognised.”

The winners will be announced at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Friday, June 24. Visit www.tesawards.co.uk for details.
