4:47pm Tue 13th Jan 09:: written by Sonia Kapur

A singer who remembers attending village fetes on The Moor in Cookham is getting ready for a rocking return with his band Temposhark at a concert in May.

Rob Diament, who used to attend Herries School in Dean Lane, was at a studio in the village last week, ahead of the concert that will close the Cookham Festival, which kicks off on April 24.

His band will line up alongside headline act Nick Heyward, former frontman of 80s chart-toppers Haircut 100.

Rob spoke exclusively to the Advertiser for a video interview. Watch it here.
