Update on fatal explosion

The woman who died after being severely burned in a fire at a house in Cippenham yesterday was only 21.
Emergency services were called to the end-of-terrace property in Fotheringay Gardens shortly after 1.24pm on Tuesday following reports of an 'explosion and fire.'
 

Police are treating the woman's death as 'unexplained' and investigations are ongoing.

The woman has not yet been named.
A post mortem will take place tomorrow when the woman is expected to be formally identified.
