WATCH: Wamdsad Wheelchair Push

5:48pm Sat 12th Jul 08:: written by Kelly Rawlings

Men in tutus and women in hillbilly hats were among the fancy dress exhibits at the Wamdsad Wheelchair Push today.

This was the 32nd year of the annual fundraiser, which collects money for Wamdsad, the Windsor and Maidenhead District Sports Association for the Disabled.

Teams in fancy dress, set off from Braywick Park in Maidenhead bright and early this morning, each pushing a member of Wamdsad in a wheelchair around the route.

Half of the participants headed to Maidenhead and the rest towards Windsor and the goal - not to come first or second, but to raise as much cash as possible and to have a good time.
