 Last week fitness instructor Adam Atkinson showed you how to perfect the Bent Over Row in the second session of our video exercise guide.

This week in part three of our six-week fitness guide it is the Push up.

The Advertiser website has teamed up with fitness instructor Adam Atkinson from Diets Don’t Work to come up with a six part training programme to help you strive for the bikini bod you have always wanted.
Each week Adam will take you through a step by step guide to an exercise and after six weeks you will have a basic resistance training programme to follow.
