Last week fitness instructor Adam Atkinson showed you how to perfect the Squat in the first session of our video exercise guide.

This week in part two of our six-week fitness guide it is the Bent Over Row.

The Advertiser website has teamed up with fitness instructor Adam Atkinson from Diets Don’t Work to come up with a six part training programme to help you strive for the bikini bod you have always wanted.
Each week Adam will take you through a step by step guide to an exercise and after six weeks you will have a basic resistance training programme to follow.
