Nuisance neighbour evicted

12:57pm Sat 10th May 08:: written by Kelly Rawlings

A problem tenant has been evicted from her home after a long history of drug use and antisocial behaviour at the property.

At Slough County Court on Tuesday, the district judge issued a warrant for the repossession of 18 Clarendon Court, Wexham Road, Slough and the 40-year-old tenant was immediately evicted.

PC Nick Currie, Neighbourhood Specialist Officer (NSO) for Wexham Lea, said: “This address has been a focus for crime and anti-social behaviour for several years. I and my colleagues in the neighbourhood team have received many complaints from residents about the flat."

Back in February, drugs paraphernalia was found at the house. A 16-year-old girl and a 17-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of being in possession of cannabis; the girl was later cautioned and the boy was released without charge.
