Teen's cheekbone broken in attack

A man was assaulted in Windsor in the early hours of Bank Holiday Monday.

Police were called out to the town centre at 1am following reports of a disturbance near to the junction of Thames Street and River Street.

The 19-year-old victim suffered a fractured cheekbone and was treated at Wexham Park Hospital. He has since been discharged.

Police believe he was attacked by a white man wearing a black suit and white shirt.
