PHOTO DIARY: HI Ride for cancer
9:30am Wed 7th May 08:: written by Claire MoulsonThey're off! The team of cyclists riding 1,200 miles in memory of their friend are now on day six of their journey from Sweden to the UK.
Iain Forbes and his team are aiming to raise £100,000 for cancer charities during their gruelling challenge.
The cycle has gone ahead in memory of Iain's friend Harald Berg, who was due to also be riding but lost his battle with cancer just weeks ago. It was his idea to name the event HI Ride - combining his and Iain's initials.
The team began their journey in Gothenburg, Sweden - the hometown of Harald - and will end in Theale, UK - his workplace at Quadriga.
