Puppy stolen in burglary

9:46am Wed 26th Mar 08:: written by Editorial

A distraught young family are pleading for the return of their beloved puppy which was cruelly snatched by burglars as they slept upstairs.

Five-month-old Boo, a cross between a Jack Russell and Yorkshire Terrier, was stolen by offenders who broke into the home in Ribstone Road, Cox Green, at about 3.35am on Saturday.

Thousands of pounds worth of valuables, including a black Seat Leon and a blue VW Golf car were also stolen.

The dog's owners said: “Other property stolen during our burglary can be replaced, however Boo cannot. Her family miss her and would urge for her safe return.”

Anyone with information should contact PC Howard Rose on 0845 8 505 505, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.

  • This is outrageous. Do these thieves not realise they have stolen a family member. As owner says, property can be replaced but Boo cannot. Please, anyone who reads this article please look out for Boo wherever you go. Visit Boo's page at www.doglost.co.uk, download a poster and put it up wherever you can so that everyone can see it and help get this lovely little girl home to her family.Carole
