12:20pm Fri 5th Feb 10:: written by Nick Mayo

A 19-year-old persistent troublemaker has been banned from entering parts of Burnham and hanging out with his mates after receiving an ASBO.

Jack Robert Dainty, of Lent Green Lane, Burnham, was given an interim anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) at Wycombe Magistrates' Court, on Monday last week  following an application by the South Bucks Community Safety Partnership.

The interim order prohibits him from entering Burnham High Street and surrounding roads between 6pm and 6am daily, and from failing to comply with any legal instruction or order given to him by any police officer or PCSO.

The ASBO also bans him from causing any person harassment, alarm or distress and being verbally or physically intimidating or threatening to any person anywhere in the country.
