Here are a few of the events on offer over the next few days. Have a Happy New Year!

New Year's Eve (Thursday)

Young singers will be hitting the high notes at a New Year's Eve Concert in Maidenhead tonight.
The Charvil Girl's Choir are set to serenade the audience with a variety of upbeat tunes at Norden Farm from 7pm.
Tickets for 'Sing Sing Sing' are £10 and available from the box office 01628 788997.

The Nags Head in Wycombe is the venue of a New Year's Party with The Stratospheres upstairs and Adran's Wall DJs downstairs.

The Firestation Arts Centre in Windsor will be ringing in the New Year in style. Wonders and freaks of the sideshow will come out to celebrate the turn of the year in Professor Hitchins Imaginarium.
The auditorium will be transformed into a magical, decadent and curious place where anything could happen at any time – in any time.

Ring in 2010 with a magical, mysterious trip to Wycombe's Masquerade Ball.
When the clock strikes midnight raise your glass to fellow guests at the Town Hall, High Wycombe.

New Year's Day (Friday)

The 14th Sunninghill Fancy Dress Wheelbarrow race will take place in Sunninghill.
Mad-hat participants will hurtle their way through the streets dressed in fancy dress, pushing their own brands of wheelbarrrows to the limit.
It kicks-off at 12pm.

Blow the cobwebs away with a New Year's Day walk, setting off from Little Marlow Gravel Pits at 10am with the East Berks RSPB.

The traditional and popular walk hopes to bring you sightings of Kingfisher, wildfowl and raptors. 
Meet in Spade Oak car park, off Coldmoor Holme Lane. www eastberksrspb.co.uk  The Pinkneys Green cubs, beavers and scouts are going on their annual walk at 10.30am from the National Trust car park in Pinkneys Green.

Saturday

Dogs and their owners are being invited to take part in a show on Saturday.
It will be held in Holyport War Memorial Hall in Moneyrow Green.
Classes are for pedigree and cross bred dogs and all are invited to enter the event that is in aid of Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance.
Entries will begin from 11am before the show kicks off at noon.
