Friday

Eton's Christmas lights are due to be turned on by Santa Claus on the Windsor Eton Bridge, followed by a children's lantern procession starting from Tangier Lane at 5.15pm.

There will be plenty of opportunities to win prizes as Our Lady of Peace Junior School in Burnham holds it Christmas Bazaar.
The Derwent Drive school will be hosting the annual event from 6.30-8.30pm. 
It will include Santa's Grotto, a bottle tombola, craft stalls, and more.

Saturday

High-flying pilot Paul Bonhomme will be returning home to be guest of honour at the big Christmas Lights switch-on in Maidenhead this weekend.
The winner of this year's Red Bull Air Race will be on stage for the big event and will hand out signed goodies.
Joining him in the spotlight will be Maidenhead siblings Olivia and Ben Hall who will the have the thrill of pressing the button at 6pm to illuminate the town.
Ahead of the big moment the crowds will be entertained by characters from Norden Farm's festive show, Something Else, children's rides and gift stalls.
As the countdown looms a Christmas sing-song will be held to get everyone in the festive mood.
The words of Slade's rousing Merry Christmas Everybody will be handed out and two professional singers will lead the crowd from the balcony of the Town Hall. A cut-out-and-keep copy of the lyrics is printed below.
The switch-on will be followed by a spectacular fireworks display, weather permitting.

A Christmas Fair is being held at the High Street Methodist Church from 10am-2pm. Santa is due to arrive at 10.15am.

Art enthusiasts can head to St Peter's Church in Burnham from 10am-4pm.
Members of St Peter's Cornerstone Art Group will be exhibiting their work. A variety of pictures in various mediums will be available to purchase and view.
Entry is free and a collection will be made for Thames Hospicecare.

Lynwood Nursing Home in Rise Road, Sunninghill, holds its Christmas Fair from 12.30pm to 3pm.

Clewer's Scouts and Guides Autumn Fair will be held in the headquarters in Maidenhead Road from 11am to 2pm.

St Edward's Roman Catholic First School in Parsonage Lane, Windsor holds its Christmas Fair between 1pm and 3pm.

A mini market and Christmas Fayre takes place in Hedgerely.
The latest in the popular series of Mini-Markets at the Memorial Hall, Kiln Lane,  will be held from 10.30 am to 12.30pm.
Stalls will include home-made cakes, tombola, Christmas gifts, amber jewellery, cards, bric-a-brac, second-hand books and a raffle and many more.

A variety of gifts will be on sale at Burnham, Royal British Legion's Christmas Craft Fair from 10am-4pm at Gore Road.

A performance of The Darling Buds of May by the Marlow Players can be seen this weekend.
There are three performances in total, 8pm on Friday and Saturday, and a matinee at 2pm on Saturday.
It takes place at the Shelley Theatre, Court Garden, Pound Lane, Marlow.

A psychic reader will be one of the many attractions at the Mind Body and Soul Fayre in Marlow.
Reiki, candle stalls, jewellery and crafts are some of the other offering available at the vent held in Liston Hall, Liston Road, Marlow from 10am-5pm.

Festive treats are on offer at the Marlow CofE Christmas Bazaar in Sandygate Road, Marlow, noon-3pm.

Archaeology in Marlow are given a talk on the Historic Towns Project at the Garden Room, Liston Hall, Liston Road, Marlow at 8pm.

Masked strangers will dance the night away to raise money for the fight against cancer.
The glitzy Charity Masked Ball for Brain Tumour UK takes place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Fieldhouse Lane, Marlow, at 7.30pm.

A busy team of bakers, craftsmen and jam-makers are already hard at work creating 'the best' Yule Fayre in Bourne End.
Christmas cakes, biscuits, preserves and a host of plants and crafts will be on offer for guests to stock up on ahead of the festive season.
The party has been organised by the Cores End United Reformed Church, and will be held at the community centre, in Wakeman Road, on Saturday, November 28 between 10am and 2pm.

The Iver Parish Council Christmas lights ceremony takes place at Iver Village Hall.
It starts at 2.30pm with lights switched on at 3.45pm. There will be stalls and rides and Father Christmas.

Festive fun is on offer at Cippenham Infant School.
The Dennis Way school is hosting its Christmas Fair from 12-3pm.

Business and the effects of the credit crunch in Eton will be discussed at an event.
Community members and traders will come together at Studio AV, in the High Street, to discuss business in the town.

Holyport Primary School will host its annual Christmas fair. There will be plenty going on from the choir singing to a visit from Santa on his sleigh. It is from midday-3pm.

Children are in for a treat at adventure land Snakes and Ladders in Perth Avenue, Slough, when the entire cast of Robin Hood pantomime visit from noon.
Including Maid Marion, Robin Hood and all of his merry men, the local stars will be taking a break from rehearsals to meet hoards of excited youngsters.

Sunday

All are welcome to All Saints Parish Hall in Frances Road Windsor from 2.30pm to 4pm for an afternoon of carol singing, cakes and general socialising. Admission is free.

A table-top sale will be held by the Boyne Hill Altwood Scout Group at Altwood School in Altwood Road, Maidenhead, from 9am-1pm.
The cost is £5 per table and entrance is 50p for adults and kids go free.
