No action has been taken against the owners of a nail bar in Queen Street suspected of employing illegal immigrants.

The UK Border Agency has confirmed Hollywood Nails had done the legally required checks when employing the men.

Immigration officers swooped on the town centre nail bar on March 13 arresting two Vietnamese men, aged 19 and 33, and warning the owners they faced a fine of £20,000 if they failed to prove the men's entitlement to work.
