A man refused to be breathalysed this morning

A motorist who crashed his car into a ditch on the M4 this morning has been arrested by police for failing to provide a roadside breathalyser test.

The 24-year-old from Hounslow lost control of his silver Vauxhall Astra between junction 8/9 and 10 of the motorway at 8.30am.

He failed to provide a test at the scene to police officers who attended and has been remanded in police custody.

The motorist was not injured and no other cars were involved in the incident.
